Primary Care: Holistic, patient-centered Primary Care focuses on treating the whole person, addressing not only physical health but also emotional, social, and mental well-being. Doctors are available for urgent, preventive, and chronic care support. A broader, wrap-around network of providers of board-certified health coaches, registered dieticians, certified diabetes educators for health coaching. Registered nurses are available for advocacy, steerage, adherence, and everything between advanced clinical and benefits navigation.

Urgent Care: Available 24/7 for non-emergency, episodic health issues. Members have access to high quality doctors who are 100% board certified doctors for at least 5 years and who are directly contracted with First Stop Health. On average, members connect to doctors in <6 minutes via app, website or phone (video consultations are optional).

Mental Health: Easy access to health and wellbeing services employees need — all at no cost to them and their dependents. Whole Mental Health includes short-term counseling, long-term therapy and a broader, wrap-around network certified health coaches for things like tobacco cessation, life and vision planning.
